Windows 10 Pro Same updates, Install Multiple times!

I have a Windows 10 Pro workstation which has Office 365 Pro Plus 2016 installed. The system Info is below.

Windows 10 Pro Info:

Version = 1703

Build = 15063.674

Subscription Product

Office 365 ProPlus 2016

Version = 1705

Build = 8201.2193 Click-To-Run

Deferred Channel

The question I have is why does the following two updates keep reinstalling successfully and how do I correct this?

I reset my window10 and my microsoft office was DELETED!

Which version of Microsoft Office was installed: 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 or Office 365?

If its Office 2007 or 2010:

Download Earlier Versions of Office - Microsoft

If its Office 2013:

Download and install or reinstall Office 2013 on a PC or Office
for Mac ...

If its Office 2016 or Office 365:

Download and install or reinstall Office 365 or Office 2016
on your PC ...

Seems MS forgot the digital signatures. I get Norton Firewall alarms when starting the Office 365 programs.

 

Then the problem lies with Norton.
You cannot install anything in Windows 10, for quite some time now, that requires signed drivers(as long as you have secure boot enabled, I believe), and Office needs lots of drivers*Wink

Check if Secure Boot is Enabled or Disabled in Windows 10 Windows 10 Security System Tutorials

 

Secure Boot is enabled.

 

Then if it installed, it's signed.
You may want to tell Norton about the false positive.

Same here. Invalid certificate warning.

Checked the file (outlook.exe) on Virustotal.
Got the same MD5/SHA-1 and a detection 0/63, so for me the file is safe.
