Windows 10: Problem after upgrading to windows 10 version 1903 0n Aug 16 2019

After I upgraded windows 10 pro to version 1903 all my screens became dark black including screens of all browsers task bar and other apps including office 2013 etc At start up there are flading balloons and cursor becomes erratic some websites start opening and displaying you tube video stops and goes to full screen by itself its complete mess my email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

How to get the Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903

Who told you that? It's not true, you can skip as many versions as you like. Just use the MCT to make the 1903 ISO, mount it, then run Setup.exe on the root of the ISO to start an in-place upgrade.

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Not having tried the step from 1709 to 1903, I've tested it for you. Here is my test machine (System Two below). part way through an in-place upgrade from 1709 to 1903.










Edit: and some 90 minutes later it finished, with all files and apps still there.

 

Office 2019

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.
