Windows 10: Repeated BSOD

    Repeated BSOD


    I haven't had a chance to run Prime95, but I did have a new BSOD today. I have never seen this one before.

    Error: Critical Structure Corruption
    Win32full.sys

    Please find the latest dump attached.

    Did you try the other chipset driver yet?

    Nothing new in the latest dump other than it pointing at win32kfull.sys (also lists csrss.exe).

    How long did you run after doing a Clean Boot? Was it long enough to be reasonably sure it would not BSOD? A couple hours probably isn't enough.

    If Prime95 doesn't show any problem, test your ram. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Would also be a good idea to test the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

    Repeated BSOD

    If the ram and hard drive also test okay I would recommend backing up your data and doing a Windows 10 - Clean Install

    Painful and takes a while to get everything reinstalled but the next logical step to take.

    The alternative is to take a couple days and run a Clean Boot for a day and see if any BSODs. If not then enable half the processes and services then run for another day or until a BSOD occurs. If not then swap enabled and disabled processes and services and test again.
