Windows 10: Xbox app on PC Messages problem

Like so many before who's threads have been locked without a solution...


Xbox app on my new W10 fully updated PC cannot send or view messages or conversations.


All is fine in the other Xboxes, and on my phone...


PC app says "Try again---we had trouble getting your conversations." when I try to view messages. When I try to send a message to the it says "We couldn't send this message. Try again later."


Version of the app is 44.44.7002.00000


Tried


refresh windows

Reset app

Uninstall with Petershell command and reinstall

Tried clean boot


Tried removing and reinstalling Xbox Identity Provider...


Tried reading through the very very many locked threads on this that have all gone unanswered... So... Moderators stay off this if you don't have an answer please... Hundreds and hundreds of people still have this same issue...
