Windows 10: Change menu text size is not available to me in windows 10 (Windows 10 Pro 64bit)

I am trying to change my menu text size only.

I know how to change all font size but would like to focus on the menu text size only.


When I click the "Advance display settings" link I am supposed to get the next screen which will have a drop down menu with options to scale the menu texts.

However I am getting something different. See images enclosed.


Would appreciate any help.

You can still manually change all of those using the .reg files from the tutorials below except for "palette titles" in Windows 10 Creators Update. "Palette titles" are no longer available.
