1. In File Explorer, open the license.rtf file in the C:\Widows\System32 folder.

An End User License Agreement (EULA) is a contract between a software application author or publisher and the user of that application.

With regard to your concern, the Microsoft Team made a ruling regarding the terms "End-User License Agreement" and "EULA" used in products. They have been replaced by "Microsoft Software License Terms" and "license terms" respectively.

It was determined that some customers did not know what EULA meant and a more straightforward name would be more effective.

and printed materials, and may include "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms
of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Sadly, we don't have any option to access the End User License Agreement in an installed Windows 10. Also we don't have a separate
End User License Agreement for Cortana. You can go here
