    Android phone says "Lost connection to your PC" in the "Your Phone Companion", but it...


    I can run the "Your phone" desktop application and it all seems to work ok with my phone. I can see photos, and send text messages from the PC through the phone.


    But the phone notifications window shows a message that it "Lost connection to your PC" and I can't remove this notification. What is the message trying to say and how can I get rid of it being in my list of notifications all the time?


    And why can't I choose a valid category for this question. It should allow me to specify somewhere that I'm using an Android phone under "mobile devices". Or has support for answers.microsoft.com also been dropped like so many other Microsoft products?
