Cortana and Search has been separated starting with Windows 10 version 1903.

In Windows Search, web previews will not automatically load web results if they may contain adult content.

SafeSearch settings allows you to change your search filter levels to Strict, Moderate, or Off. This SafeSearch setting will override your Bing SafeSearch setting when viewing the web search results.

  5. Family settings impacting safesearch

I have used this account for a long time while searching for adult content, yet a few days ago I was prevented from finding adult content. When instructed to change safesearch settings I was told that, "We've set SafeSearch to strict because your
browser communicated your preference for a safe web browsing experience." When I investigated further I was told that the reason for this was that my family settings had decided this would be the best option for me, yet none of my family members
had changed the settings to this! In short my family options were changed without my family's input and now I can't turn off safesearch which is preventing me from finding adult content.

Please find a way to fix this. I can't find any answer for my problem and I have not found anyone who experienced this problem that can help me.

  6. Family settings impacting safesearch

I am using Internet Explorer as my browser but when I tried google it had the same result, and I am using Bing as my search engine.

I tried using the link you provided but as I mentioned in my previous post it results with the message, "We've set SafeSearch to strict because your browser communicated your preference
for a safe web browsing experience." This meant I was not able to change my safesearch setting.
